A white wine made from a minimum 50% Trebbiano Spoletino and other non- aromatic white grapes allowed in Umbria region, up to 50%.

Spoleto Trebbiano Spoletino DOC

Spoleto Trebbiano Spoletino DOC

A wine which fully reflects the Spoleto tradition, given that it must be minimum 85% Trebbiano Spoletino, the native variety of this territory. A white wine with fresh and welcoming aromas, it is intense and bodied on the palate, characterized by a long finish. Can be appreciated when young but it also offers a great potential for ageing. Spoleto Trebbiano Spoletino DOC can also be produced in the "Superiore" version: in this case, however, a superior alcohol content and a higher extract level are required. It is intense on the nose and smooth on the palate, it has a good body and a very long finish.

BLEND: Minimum 85% Trebbiano Spoletino, 0-15% other grapes

FOOD PAIRINGS: starters, meat based first course, grilled fish, cereals and legumes soups, medium-aged cheeses
