A small farm, only 4 hectares of vineyards with an ideal exposure, almost a garden. A suitable territory, Montefalco, located in one of the smallest regions of Italy, Umbria. These are the optimal condition for creating a "vin de garage": This is how French used to define those wines that were produced in very small quantities, with the most accurate practices, where the evolution of the bunches is carefully followed, the berries are hand mendemized, at perfect ripeness, the time spent in barrels of French wood, valuable, always new, is reassuring and immediate effects.
Duccio, owner of the winery, meets the oenologist Tiziano Vistalli at the beginning of his winemaking adventure, and together they work on this project taking care of every detail.
Today they present, on the national market, the fruit of their significant commitment: about 7000 bottles of Montefalco Rosso and about 3000 bottles of Sagrantino.
