Enologica, il più importante evento dedicato al Sagrantino torna a Montefalco dal 19 al 21 settembre 2014 e vedrà una straordinaria serie di iniziative dedicate aduna delle DOCG (Denominazione di Origine Controllata e Garantita) più importanti d’Italia, capace di giocare un ruolo di primo piano nello scacchiere dei grandi vini rossi del paese.
Un programma ricco di appuntamenti che offre la possibilità di conoscere da vicino le terre, i borghi e tutto quello che ruota intorno ai vini della zona, con importanti spazi e approfondimenti riservati agli addetti ai lavori, in particolare alla stampa specializzata, ed al grande pubblico degli appassionati.
La formula, pur restando sostanzialmente invariata, vista la storicità della manifestazione – questa la 35esima edizione – vede comunque diverse novità. Da un lato quelle rivolte al grande pubblico, siamo in un momento speciale, a ridosso della vendemmia, dall’altro gli spazi e gli approfondimenti riservati agli addetti ai lavori (in particolare la giornata di lunedì 23 settembre) e alla stampa specializzata. Su questo fronte, non mancano gli appuntamenti da segnare in agenda: dalla degustazione di tutti i Sagrantino presenti agli educational, dai convegni ai laboratori.
