Terra di Rovo is a small boutique winery situated in a secluded corner of the Umbrian hills in Italy. We are dedicated to the creation of minimal intervention wines from sustainably grown grapes, allowing the biodiversity of our vineyard to play its natural role. All our grapes are hand-harvested in order to preserve the bright flavours and rich earthy character of the fruit. Fermentation always occurs spontaneously, without added yeasts or fermentation activators. Respecting the laws of nature, our harvest and the winemaking process follow the lunar calendar. During the bottling process, we do not add any sulphites.
